Registration/Payment

All participants, including invited speakers, are requested to register to our Symposium. The registration/payment is linked directly on a secured website and will be available soon.

REGISTRATION FEES                                                                                                                      

* Students (up to PhD students, not postdoc) are requested to send a proof of their student ID to contact.

The fees are in euros, VAT included (20% French VAT). The supplement for credit card payment or bank transfer will be charged to the participant.

The regular and student registration fees include access to lecture room, poster session, coffee breaks,  welcome reception, 2 lunches (buffet), conference dinner, the symposium handbook and internet access. The accompanying person registration fees include welcome reception, 2 lunches (buffet), conference dinner and internet access.

The Registration and Payment link directly on secured webpages. The registration (independent of the abstract submission procedure) is done in two steps: after preregistration, you shall receive an email (within 1 day) for further connexion and final registration with payment (required to validate the registration). The payment can be done by credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD), bank transfer or purchase order (only for French institution). Payments by credit cards are highly preferred.

In addition to registration, you will be offered the opportunity to book a coach seat to go to Deauville / Caen (Monday 22 at 2pm, start from ISIAC venue), and to reserve cheap but nice rooms (especially for students) in a "foyer" at 15-20mn from our venue.

VISA APPLICATIONS AND INVITATION LETTERS                                                                      

Letters of invitation necessary for visa application can be sent upon request, when registration has been performed. Please send an email to contact  providing your full name written exactly as it appears in your passport.
