Abstract submission

In addition to invited talks, the scientific program of the symposium includes contributed oral presentations, also flash presentations and posters. The selection of posters and oral contributions will be based on scientific interest and adequacy to the topics of the meeting.

The list of all accepted abstracts will be accessible from ISIAC website and will be published in the Conference Handbook. At least one of the abstract coauthors must be resgistered and attend the symposium to present the submitted work. Otherwise, the abstract will not be included.

The length of each abstract is strictly limited to one page, following the templates (Word and LaTex) provided below and identical to ICPEAC 2019 template.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION

The abstract should be one page and formatted  as pdf. The file should be named as the first author, e.g. Einstein_A.pdf. In case of multiple abstracts with same first author, number with "_1", "_2", as Einstein_A_1.pdf, ...

To submit an abstract, you have to

1.  Create an account (used only for abstract submission) by clicking on the arrow in the login/account buttom at the top-rigth corner of the window, then login;
   
2. Click on "My submissions" under "MY SPACE"/Submissions;
3. Click on "Submit an abstract"
   • Enter the title of your abstract under "Title" ;
     
   • Select Type of contribution (Oral: selected speakers ; Poster ; Flash presentation: 5mn), then next step;
   • Add your affiliation, if not done before, and "Add an author", when necessary, then next step;
   • Under Abstract, upload your abstract in pdf format with "Parcourir..." + Upload" ("Supplementary data" should not be used), then next step;
     
   • Submit.
     
4. You can modify your abstract until deadline or submit another abstract, starting from step 2.
